Wayne Ushman and his wife, Suzan, live in Northborough with their two sons, Benjamin and Dov. Wayne graduated from Franklin and Marshall College and received his Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He also earned a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential in 1980. He is the founder of Assabet Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisory that develops customized investment solutions for families, individuals, businesses, and foundations. Wayne has held various leadership positions in the Worcester community, including President of the Worcester Jewish Community Center, Chairman of the Jewish Federation of Central Massachusetts Endowment Committee, board member of the Jewish Health Center, and a Corporator of the Greater Worcester Community Foundation. Wayne and Suzan were the recipients of the Israel Bonds Unity Award (2012). At JF&CS, Wayne serves as Treasurer and chairs the Finance Committee and received the Betsy Gross President’s Award (2017). When he is not working, Wayne enjoys spending quality time with his family, skiing, and traveling.
