Chief Financial Officer, Executive Team
Elayne joined JF&CS in 2014 as the Controller and became the Chief Financial Officer in 2022. She started her career in Public Accounting at Grant Thornton, a large, international accounting and consulting firm, receiving broad experience including non-profit clients, such as The American Red Cross, Maimonides School and the Combined Jewish Philanthropies. Elayne then worked for New England Research Institutes, a social and public policy research firm, for 19 years, and immediately prior to joining the team at JF&CS, provided accounting consulting services to the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Elayne is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and has her Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University. She lives in Framingham with her husband and mini-labradoodle, where she is active at Temple Beth Sholom and is the proud mother of two adult children.
