JF&CS CHAI Services provides support, strategies, and solutions that strengthen individuals and families, build community connections, and enhance independence. We offer special expertise in addressing the needs of children and adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and autism spectrum disorder, while providing services that are inclusive of people with a wide range of strengths and needs.

Information & Referral

The Disability Resource Network (DRN) offers free information and referral services for people with disabilities, families, and advocates.

Adults with Developmental Disabilities and Autism

JF&CS offers various services for adults with developmental disabilities and autism, all of which focus on fostering life skills, independence, and meaningful social interactions. Our services include  our CHAI day programming, independent living skills and employment coaching, social events, and residential programs.

Adults with Mental Illness

We offer referral and consultation services, individualized case guidance, and social events for adults with mental illness.

Children & Young Adults with Disabilities

Our services help children and young adults with disabilities thrive. We also offer services for caregivers and parents of children with disabilities.

Families and Caregivers of People with Disabilities

CHAI services knows that to fully support an individual with disabilities, it's also vital to provide support and care for their family and caregivers. CHAI hosts a variety of programs to support caregivers and care for their own needs.
