The JF&CS Memory Café is a free monthly welcoming gathering for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and those who care about them.

This month, Maria Skinner will lead Memory Café participants in her Ageless Grace program. In the seminar, you will learn through music and movement about the different areas of the brain and the tools we can use to combat the negative effects of aging.

This event is free of charge. Donations gratefully accepted.
