The JF&CS Memory Café is a free monthly welcoming gathering for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and those who care about them.

This month, come experience Ageless Grace Brain Health Fitness with Maria Skinner. This program is based on play and neuroplasticity – the ability of our brains to develop throughout our lifetime. Using great music, we will explore different ways to keep our body and brain agile and thriving! This is a chair-based program. Make sure you have a stable chair to play on!

This event is free of charge. Donations gratefully accepted.
