Join us for fun and exercise through dance!

The JF&CS Memory Café is a free monthly welcoming gathering for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and those who care about them.

This month, join Art Sullivan for some fun exercise through dance! Art has been working with people with Parkinson’s and with balance issues since 2010, bringing a little fun and a lotta laughs to his classes. Art was a professional Country Western ballroom dancer for 30 years and has trained with the Mark Morris Dance Company in Parkinson’s Dance. Rule #1 is to have fun!

This event is free of charge. Donations gratefully accepted. Free parking available in our lot. Masks are welcome but optional.
