The JF&CS Memory Café is a free monthly welcoming gathering for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and those who care about them.

This month, Audrey Albert King of Lesley University will lead dance/fitness. Audrey’s approach uses movement to feel better in body, mind, emotions and spirit. You will be gently guided through movement experiences set to soul-stirring music. Come as you are, no experience necessary…and leave feeling full of joy and vitality!

This event is free of charge. Donations gratefully accepted. Free parking available in our lot. Masks are welcome but optional.
