The JF&CS Memory Café is a free monthly welcoming gathering for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and those who care about them.

This month, theater Producer and Film Educator Debra Block will lead “My Grandmother Frieda.” Film, music and dance clips will take us back to the days of bobbed hairstyles, bowed lips, and rolled up stockings. These were the flappers, the 1920’s generation of independent women, who arrived on the scene as the 19th amendment gave women the right to vote. Explore this time of change through music and theater history!

This event is free of charge. Donations gratefully accepted.
