Experienced drumming instructors, Monique Morimoto, MS, CPCC, and Stephen Whitney, are coming to JF&CS at 1430 Main Street in Waltham to teach this ancient form of mind-body healing while providing an upper body workout. People with Parkinson’s and care partners are welcome! Join them for in person only classes on Tuesdays, October 22, October 29, and November 5. The total cost is $60 per person ($20 per class x 3 classes).
