Through a planning process that engaged nearly 1,000 people, JF&CS has identified five strategic priorities that build on our foundation of expertise, integration, and innovation for even greater community-wide impact. Our Strategic Plan 2025-2030 envisions a community where people are able to get the help they need, when they need it, and with compassion and dignity, all under one roof.
